The main benefit for my vendors is TIME.  Time not lost travelling to Delegate, Bombala, Nimmitabel, Adaminaby, Anglers Reach, and further afield.  I am solely dedicated to the Cooma market and will leave outlying areas to other agents.

This allows me to have the sole focus of finding the buyers for my vendors’ properties, rather than being distracted or caught up with property management calls, tenant enquiries, and stock / rural functions. Although each of the above are important functions for each of the other agents in Cooma, I have decided to dedicate 100% of my time to achieving the best possible results for my Cooma residential clients.

I work 7 days a week to ensure that I am available at the same time when buyers wish to inspect.  In real estate it should not be about when an agent is available to show a property, it is about the agent making themselves available to suit buyers requirements.  So buyers will not have to conform to Monday – Friday  (9am – 5pm) and the occasional Saturday morning with Steve Allen Property. Also, ‘open for inspections’ will never be delegated out to junior less experienced staff.
